We’re welcoming guest instructor Arlo Arcana to Pole Palace for Optical Illusions: Unique Pole Transitions!

In this workshop, Arlo will break down four of her favorite transitions + visual tricks that turn familiar pole movements into something unexpected. Think descending twizzles, thread throughs, surprising pathways, and those wait… how did you get THERE? moments.

Arlo is an alt, multidisciplinary performer known for storytelling, character work, and performances that channel feminine power + rage. We’re so excited to have her bringing some of that creative brilliance to Pole Palace.
