In my kids' yoga classes, in addition to variations on traditional yoga poses, I use elements of dance, movement games, imaginative play, music, art and literature. I use yoga and movement to supplement all aspects of a preschool education. When ideas and information are delivered through movement, children are empowered to take ownership of their learning.

Dancing in Place! New virtual creative dance series starts this week, ages 5-10 (Parents welcome!)

Creative dance classes to liven up your weekly school-at-home routine! Designed for K-4th graders but open to the whole family, these short bi-weekly dance breaks will channel energy positively while exploring the power and joy of movement through creative dance. No dance experience needed.
