Here’s another one PSA 8 with notes saying only holo scratches. I usually can find stuff but it was driving me crazy so I cracked it. I can’t find anything at all on the holo. So frustrating!!

Someone help me make sense of this. Same submission two cards got the same grade. The Pikachu clearly has some white marks on the back and I’m fine with the grade. The Heracross doesn’t have any and got the same grade. The note from grading says holo scratching which I really can’t see but I’m sure it’s light. Why wouldn’t it get a 9 if that’s the only note? It’s just sooo much nicer than the pika I can’t figure out why.
