Off The Couch Events - Activity Night Socialization opportunity for adults with disabilities age 18 and over Young adults with diverse abilities often become isolated after leaving high school.

On the Third Friday of every month, individuals age 18 and over gather to participate in OTCE's Activity Night. They dance, play board games, celebrate birthdays, create a craft, and most importantly, socialize. Activity Night fills this void. We're having fun, making friends and changing lives.

The theme for September Activity Night at Flying Pie Pizzeria (see below) will be Favorite Sports Team Night. If you'd like, wear the colors of your favorite team. Also, please note that Flying Pie is accessible and the payment for the evening needs to be cash. Thank you.

Welcome back! Due to a scheduling conflict with the church, our September Activity Night will be held at Flying Pie Pizzeria, 7804 SE Stark Street in Portland, from 6:30-8:30 pm on Friday, September 18th. Due to the location change, we will only be having pizza and playing bingo. It's $7 for participants and first companion/provider is free. Off The Couch will be ordering an assortment of pizzas and drinks that you can choose from. This event is for adults with disabilities and their providers/companions - age 18 and over. If you could please let me know if you are coming and how many, it would be greatly appreciated. Please comment or email [email protected]. October's event will be back at our regular space. Don't forget that this Friday is Kentucky Derby Night at Activity Night! Cost is $7 for participants and first companion is free. This event is for individuals with disabilities age 18 and over. Friday, May 15th is Kentucky Derby Night at Activity Night. If you'd like to wear a hat, please do. The Kentucky Derby is famous for attendees wearing outrageous hats! We hope you can join us. Don't forget-we will be celebrating May birthdays.

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
$7 for participants and first companion is free
Activity Night is for individuals with a disability who are 18 and over. All new attendees must come with someone over the age of 18. Light snacks will be served. No outside food please.
