As cliche as it sounds, we truly could have cast this show perfectly 3 different times with all the talent that came to auditions. We are honored that people are excited enough about the work we are doing to show up. We love this community! Every last one of ya!

Gusta Johnson (she/her) is honored to be a part of Hello, Portland! As an actor and singer, she has performed professionally at theaters in Maine, New York, and Seattle. Maine credits include Lend Me a Soprano, Desperate Measures, Lucky Stiff, Something Wonderful, Broadway at Good Theater, and The Holiday Party Playlist (Good Theater); An Empty Plate in the Cafe du Grand Boeuf and Mary Jane (Mad Horse); Spelling Bee (Lyric Music Theater); and Enchanted April (City Theater). Offstage, Gusta serves as Executive Director of Good Theater and received her MBA with Distinction from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.

La Petite Mystique is Portland Maine’s own Bad ass British Belle. When they are good they are very very good, and when they are bad, they are torrid. This glamor goth brings some vintage sass whilst shaking their ass. La Mystique will charm you with their passion for character portrayal and vivid storytelling. La Mystique strips raw emotion into life.
