As outdoor recreationalists and lovers of the Maine Outdoors, it's in all of our best interests to practice Leave No Trace ethics.

Look Out for ME, a campaign of the Maine Office of Outdoor Recreation , echoes MOFF's messaging around thoughtful outdoor practice in our state.

As 2026's MOFF Selects Tour kicks off, bringing outdoor adventure and conservation films to every corner of Maine, please Look Out for ME and remind yourself and your crew of the 7 Principles of Leave No Trace.

1. Plan Ahead & Prepare
2. Travel & Camp on Durable Surfaces
3. Dispose of Waste Properly
4. Leave What You Find
5. Minimize Campfire Impacts
6. Respect Wildlife
7. Be Considerate of Others

Thanks to the Office of Outdoor Rec for this important reminder, and we hope to see you at a screening!
