Smooth Waltz Smooth Waltz is the utilization of a person's natural rhythm to learn to dance. We focus on activiti We learn about the proper lead and the proper follow.

Smooth Waltz is a method of learning dance through activities that keep dance in the body and out of the head. The activities will add lightness and smoothness to your dancing while keeping you connected to your partner and to the music. We practice 'good healthy dancer arms' and bring it all together at the end with a good frame and a waltz.

As we grow old, some of us start developing a rather negative relationship with the mirror because it starts showing off our grey hairs, our body’s saggy parts, and the many lines on our face

Monday is July 31st 'End of the Month Dance'.

Your last dance for the month is Monday and possibly for the entire week as we transition from a mild July into a record temperature setting August.
Record temperatures might limit your activities this week so drink lots of water and be safe.

Join us on the dance floor on Monday before things heat up.
