A scrappy little experimental music ensemble from Portland works for three whole years on an album of music by the legendary Philip Corner, and it ends up being 15½ hours long. They’re proud of it! And so is the composer. They send it out to the world and wait to see what happens. Then, a few weeks later, reviewer Peter Margasak picks it for Bandcamp’s Best Contemporary Classical Music list!
