Composer Danny Elfman has written music for some of the most iconic movies of our time—think Beetlejuice, Batman, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Goodwill Hunting. But film music isn't all that he writes! This weekend, we're welcoming back percussionist Colin Currie to perform an incredible concerto that Elfman composed just for him. With a distinctly Southeast Asian flavor and a Shostakovich-inspired twist, we know that you'll be transported by this fascinating journey of a piece!
