The High Spirits The High Spirits' sound is founded in American music from Motown to Nashville. Playing original and cover songs in the vein of country soul.

We are a husband wife duo who love performing stripped down cover versions of our favorite songs for weddings, proposals, and graduation, retirement, and birthday parties. Our musical style is a bit pop, a bit folk, a bit Motown, and a bit alternative country; for example, we cover Amy Winehouse, Leon Bridges, Norah Jones, Prince, Whitney Houston, Bob Dylan, Ryan Adams, and we're always working on new arrangements of songs by artists we discover. Our specialties are cocktail hours and ceremony music, learning songs on request for the processional, recessional, and first dance.
