FOC Fest is a festival dedicated to highlighting bands located in the Northwest featuring one or more women of color. Our goal is to celebrate diversity, encourage inclusivity, and open up a dialogue about what it means to be a woman of color musician in this time and space. Also, if you would like to volunteer or help out in anyway email [email protected]
