Hey y'all, I want to ask you something really important to me: Will you take the next hour to show Cascade AIDS Project some love by getting t ic ket s to my online cabaret film as Pride weekend comes to a close?
The box office closes at 7:30 PST (it's online, so you can watch anywhere), and I would absolutely love if 10 of you could take a few minutes to donate whatever you want, and we'll send you instructions on how to watch whenever is convenient for you.
Half of what we make goes to CAP: serving folks living with HIV and AIDS, and the rest goes to directly to Risk/Reward -- a huge supporter of queer/trans artists -- at a really meaningful moment.

We're thrilled to welcome Ari Chadwick-Saund back to the Cabaret: Comeback Special for a very special cameo moment. Ari Chadwick-Saund lives as a super gay playwright/poet/lyricist and performer in Portland, Oregon. You can see their most recent work in Bag&Baggage Productions + LineStorm Playwright’s Sequestered Soliloquies series and Body Home Fat Dance’s performances at On the Boards in Seattle, Risk/Reward’s Festival of New Performance and the Knock Out Plus Size Fashion Show’s main stage performance series. They’re excited to reunite with Renée’s Q***r Cabaret and were last seen leading a rousing homo holiday sing-along in Q***r Cabaret #4: Island of Misfit Q***rs.

This Saturday, we've got a brand new crew of artists together for Renée's Q***r Cabaret! But we'd be remiss to not mention the special appearances by some of our nearest and dearest. We're glad to have Nikki Jardin, drummer for Gerle Haggard Band and the Dumpling with The Adventures of Chicken and Dumpling. She also publishes Mirador Magazine, an online and print publication for those experiencing dementia, brain trauma, or other cognitive illness. She's not an actor, but she's always up for whatever Renee asks her to do.
