hey friends,family and fans of RED ROOM. tonight is our last night open. some of the bands playing tonight are: dirty kid discount, american roulette, boudica, chase the shakes, idolatrus, machetaso profano, mr. plow, god bless america and more. this is a free show and we will have discounts on drinks as late as allowable by olcc law( midnight). things will get started early and go late. if there are other bands than the ones listed above who want to play tonight we will fit you in as we can but no promises as to what time you can go on. i know most of you are sad to see us close our doors. we at red room feel the same. we love you pdx music fans. come on down and rage one last time. - joe

hey everyone. so after a good run of over 4 years the red room is closing it's doors. a dispute with the landlord has reached a point that cannot be bridged. i have enjoyed making good friends, professional and personal, with so many of you over the time i have been running the club. i will leave this page named as red room pdx for the next few days and then i will be changing it to reflect a metal, punk rock and e.d.m. booking and promotional company. i plan on setting up bigger and better shows in portland and beyond in the years to come. all shows this week are cancelled and i will be getting to the booked shows in order as i can. SICKNESS IN SEPTEMBER is still on! i will announce the new venue in the next few days. cheers everyone, see you in the pit!- Joe #########xx
