The West Coast Winter Watercolor Retreat last weekend was so deeply nourishing. We explored the magic of combining watercolor painting and Shamanic Journey Meditation. Participants focused on channeling imagery and somatic sensations from meditations into their pieces.

I’ve been dreaming of offering a long form workshop for over 2 years. It was so moving to see that dream manifest in this all day immersive creative channeling retreat. I’m so grateful to all the participants for trusting me and becoming the sacred spokes of our collective wheel. ✨
