Give it a whirl this week with our FREE CLASS in the basics of how to do Jazz Squares, pas-de-bourres, chasses, grapevines, kick ball change and more. Once you learn the basics, we teach you how to recombine and stylize to create different routines to a variety of music. No partner required. Great for balance, posture, stamina and more.
