TODAY at 12 PM: tune into NPR OPB's Think Out Loud radio show with David Miller at 12 PM TODAY to explore the beautiful stories and history behind the new opera premiere this weekend: “Nu Nah-Hup: Sacajawea’s Story". Listen to Rose Ann Abrahamson, the great-great-grandniece of Sacajawea and creative lead for the project, and Lisa Lipton, executive director of Opera Theater of Oregon talk about this incredible production. We are so excited!!!

This week, Opera Theater of Oregon is performing a scene from a brand new opera they’ve been working on about the life of Sacajawea, the Native American woman known for her role with the historic Lewis & Clark Expedition.
