The Tukwila District in Woodburn, Oregon is always a popular Trick or Treat destination with the kids, averaging 3,000 kids (not to mention the adults) in recent years. Bring your young (0-6) before 5:30 on October 31. The haunted fun music begins at 5:30 in Ironwood @ Tukwila. Just follow the sounds and dance a tune! Host DJ Tim
