Over the course of four awesome performances, Versa‑Style brought their latest production to Beaverton, offering audiences an immersive look at the legacy and evolution of street dance. The engagement extended beyond performance through a panel discussion at The Reser, as well as an interview with the company’s founders on Everyday Northwest.

This engagement marked White Bird’s second time presenting Versa‑Style and an important milestone as our first co‑presentation with The Reser—a partnership we look forward to continuing.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Newmark for these unforgettable performances, and to Oregon ArtsWatch for the thoughtful review. As Amy Leona Havin noted, the evening “turned into a lovefest with works by William Forsythe, Roy Assaf, and more,” beautifully capturing what made these performances so special

Gibney’s time in Portland didn’t stop at the stage — company members also led inspiring workshops at Franklin High School and Jefferson High School, engaging directly with Portland’s young dancers and future creators. 💙
