Hello! Thanks again to everyone who contributed to or shared this fundraiser! It is so appreciated, and we are glad to have you as part of our community of supporters, artists, and friends.
We started sharing artist features on our Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/doublehouseartscollective/ and thought we'd share one today with you in case you missed it there!

Meet artist and team member, Eben!

"Hi, I am Eben! I enjoy drawing because it helps me relax and it soothes my mind. I believe art should always come from the soul."

We will share another artist feature next week! And if you can, please pass this along to friends and family who may be interested in contributing! Summer is a busy time, and we would love your help with spreading the word.
Here is the link: https://gofund.me/89f91941 or you can hit Share on our GoFundMe page.

Hello! We wanted to share a program we are launching soon in our space. In the wake of the closure of a beloved art program for artists with disabilities in Portland, a small, passionate group is working hard to kick off a new and exciting venture to support some of the prolific art makers who lost their community and space to create. Double House Arts Collective is an inclusive, weekly open studio session for artists with and without disabilities.

Ways To Help:

-If you have financial resources at this time, please consider donating to help launch our program. No amount is too small! GoFundMe link with more information in profile.

-Please share our GoFundMe link with other people who may be interested in supporting our efforts.

- Follow on Instagram to stay updated.

Thank you! We hope to see you at one of our exhibits, events or art making sessions. All are welcome!

Hello! We are still here. Apologies for the long silence. As you can imagine, starting a new business in a pandemic has its ups and downs.

We stepped back from social media to focus on keeping things afloat and really looking at community needs and reimagining our vision. We will share a few of our highlights in the next few weeks.

In the meantime, we have some exciting news! Part of our vision is to create an accessible space for people to create - whether you are a professionally trained artists or just learning the ropes. We welcome you to show up as you are and experience creativity in community and as a tool for healing and resilience. We are now working on , which is an inclusive artist collective. Follow along there to learn more!
