The best conferences create more than great sessions—they build community. That spirit was on full display at the Elevate Conference by Swaim Strategies at Avenue Portland.

Fundraising professionals gathered for two days of idea-sharing, expert insights, and conversations about how to create more impactful events.

Technical production aspects included:
• full audio, lighting and projection
• multiple camera coverage for IMAG, speaker walk-ups, and audience participation
• live streaming for a virtual audience, including remote presenters joining the program
• multiple video projection wall looks during The Vibe, presented by The Fundraising Event Co. demonstrating how intentional design can transform a space and set the energy for every event
• highlight reel capturing the energy of the conference debuting as the final conference closing moments

Events like this are a great reminder that production isn’t just about technology—it’s about creating an environment where people can connect, share ideas, and learn from one another.
