Here's a fun project I did with my friend
This was a unique opportunity to work with a good friend and someone who is an amazing artist and designer in his own right. I really enjoyed the collaborative process we were able to have in creating the design, going through many tweaks and revisions based on his input, to eventually end up with something we both loved. Working together I think we were really able to push the design to be more unique and interesting than it might have been otherwise. And I'm also grateful for the journey and the relationship we were able to build through the process.
Going through the process of this one really helped evolve my willingness to have more collaboration with clients. I think as a tattooist it can be easy to be married to your own visions for a piece, not wanting to take the time or sacrifice my artistic ego to take feedback and make changes. But my experience with this one showed me that sometimes that can actually push the design to be even better than I imagined.
