If you’re local to Oregon we highly recommend Sage Canyon River Co.! We had SUCH a lovely day on the Deschutes despite the wildfire smoke. Great company, delicious lunch (take the all day trip with lunch included!), super guide, and adventures of all kinds 💛 plus the locally sourced ice cream we had back at the shop when we were done was so gooood. Happy to work in one more family adventure (minus our oldest who was out of town). Carpe diem!

Finally finished with a Tunisian crochet baby blanket for a precious baby girl! My crochet projects take me much longer during tax season but it was all worth it. I learned the Tunisian crochet join as you go technique to accomplish this clean color block look. Video is by on YouTube. My daughter suggested a crochet shell stitch border, which gave balance to the straight stitches and squares. Anyone else a fan of the join as you go technique? 🧶
