We want to hear your ideas!

The link to submit suggestions for changes to the Columbia County Fair Entry Book is now available on our website! Whether you have an idea for a class, department, or another improvement, we encourage you to share it with us.

Suggestions will be accepted through October 15, 2026.

Your suggestions will be reviewed as we prepare the 2027 Fair Entry Book, which is expected to be available in late March 2027.

As we look back on this year’s Columbia County Fair and begin planning for the future, we welcome positive feedback, positive comments, and helpful suggestions from our fair community.

Every suggestion will be considered; however, due to past experiences, financial limitations, and limitations of our fairgrounds, not every suggestion can or will be implemented.

🏆 Sale of Champions Exhibitors — your checks are ready!

Stop by the Fair Office on Wednesday, August 19 from 6:00–8:00 PM to pick up your Sale of Champions check.

📸 Please remember to bring a thank-you card for the buyer of your animal to include with the photo of you and your buyer.

A thoughtful thank-you goes a long way in showing our buyers how much we appreciate their continued support of our fair youth! ❤️

To the exhibitors who sold market animals at the Sale of Champions, an email has been sent to you. However, we will post the information here also. The Sale of Champions checks will be distributed on Wednesday, August 19th from 6-8 pm at the fair office at the fairgrounds. Please remember to bring a thank you card for the buyer of your animal when you come to pick up the check. It will be sent to the buyer along with their copy of your photo.
