You can find us Tradition Neighborhood Market on Sunday between 9am - 2pm! Please come on by for a free Cheese tour…All of our Cheese products are made using milk from animals that are all grass fed, & is imported from Sardinia, Italy 🇮🇹. It provides our cheese loving fans with a delicious & unique experience. We have Feta (100% Cows milk), Blue-cheese/Gorgonzola (50%Sheep, 50%Cow), Water Buffalo Mozz. With 2 different flavors, Black Truffle or Mediterranean. (100% Water Buffalo milk), Smoked Gouda (100%Cow milk), Plain goat cream cheese (100% Goat milk), Fresh Sheep Cheese/Queso Fresco & Our Aged Pecorino Romano (100%sheep’s milk).
