For photographer Steve Schoenbaum, sometimes the most important part of a photograph is knowing when to wait. 📸
His career has taken him across the United States and to East Africa, where he photographed the Maasai and wildlife in conjunction with National Geographic.
From the National Forests to galleries, museums, classrooms, and beyond, Steve has spent decades exploring photography as a form of storytelling—with the play of light remaining a driving force in his work.
