After 32 incredible years, Just for Kicks will have our last recital this weekend. Although this decision weighs heavily on my heart, I am also filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the countless memories and beautiful moments I have experienced throughout the years. My students and parents are my best friends!
I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation to each and every one of you who have been a part of our dance family. Without your unwavering support, Just for Kicks would not have become the studio it is today.
To our students and their families, thank you for your trust, dedication, and for allowing me to be a part of your lives.
To the Port Orchard community and beyond, thank you for embracing the joy of dance and for being the backbone of our success. Your presence at our performances and your enthusiasm for the arts have truly made a difference.
I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible instructors and staff members. Your passion, talent, and dedication have been the driving force behind our studio's success. Thank you for nurturing our dancers and for inspiring a deep love for the art of dance. Your impact on our students will be felt forever.
Thank you to Groove Studios for welcoming all of us with open arms and allowing our dancers a new home full of love.
Lastly, thank you to my parents for opening up their home to a kid with a dream. You are my everything!
While this may mark the end of an era for Just for Kicks, I am confident that the spirit of dance will continue to thrive within each of us. The connections made, the friendships formed, and the passion ignited through dance will forever remain in our hearts. Dance has the power to transcend boundaries and bring joy to our lives, and I am certain that this love for dance will live on in all of you.
To our students, I encourage you to cherish the memories, continue to seek the joy in movement, and let the skills you have gained carry you forward in all of your future endeavors. Dance has taught you discipline, teamwork, resilience, and creativity - skills that will serve you well in whatever path you choose.
In closing, I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of Just for Kicks School of Dance!
