Christopher Kimball , the founder of reached out for a custom snare drum to commemorate his time running the event. Here's the finished product.

It's a 6½"×14" african mahogany stave shell finished in white lacquer with brass hardware and a throw-off.

Laser engravings of the original Woodstick logo and Chris's signature make this drum truly special and a working piece of art he'll be able to pass down through his family as a trophy for the impact he's had on the greater PNW drumming community.

I'm very proud of this one. As I told Chris, the white & brass combo gets my heart racing a little😆 She's a real beauty.

I love taking a drum I built from raw wood to finished instrument and putting it into a box to ship to a drummer who will be super excited to play their new snare on a stage, or studio, or basement, or whatever.

To everyone that owns a Radius Drums snare or plans to eventually, I hope you get as much satisfaction from playing these drums as I did from making them.

Burn-ie might look rough but he sounds awesome. I had some fun with this snare drum. It's an oak stave shell wrapped in a walnut veneer. Honestly the paint job turned out terribly so I hit it with the torch🔥 The shell says wasteland and the hardware says classy😆
