Spotlighting the cast of "Sister Act: A Divine Musical Comedy"

HEATHER RUSHING

Heather is delighted to be starring in her first production in Lafayette since moving to the area over 2 years ago! No stranger to the stage however, Heather’s recent/favorite acting credits include Frankie in "Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune", Melpomene in "Xanadu", Stella in "A Streetcar Named Desire", Roxie Hart in "Chicago" (Southeast Texas Stages) and The Witch in "Witch", and Girleen in "The Lonesome West" (AdHoc Beaumont). Heather believes in the truly magical experience that is live theatre and is so elated to have shared in this creative process with the new friends she has made in the cast and crew! She would like to thank her friends and her partner, Mike, for all of their support in her endeavors to feed her soul creatively. “Life beats down and crushes the soul, and art reminds you that you have one.” — Stella Adler
