If you are a photographer and have NOT been hired by someone running an event, don't think for one second you can get away with showing up, not identifying yourself and taking photos of minors without a contract or written permission from each parent. Especially if you then decide to post them to your website, that anyone can access, and try to sell said pictures for profit, without notifying the parents or the owner of said event.

I am all for seeing what is going on around town and added publicity. All it would have taken was identifying yourself, asking permission and a PRIVATE link to the photos. Don't be shady. Don't mess with our students/kids!
