The School for Strings offers violin, cello, viola and double bass lessons with Port Huron's most qualified and experienced teachers in its premier community music school.
​Home to the popular Fiddle Club, we also offer music for weddings and special occasions, several levels of orchestra, string quartets and string trios, a music theory program which includes the area's only AP Music Theory (col

lege advanced placement) class and affordable summer exploratory workshops where you can try violin and cello lessons for a short time. Every year we offer our students many solo recitals and group performing possibilities and concerts for the enjoyment of our audiences.
