1 of 3 buildings, this was the first one, almost done with the 2nd one, then we have one the size of both of these together. It’s been a busy fall to say the least 😅
Lots of caulking, sanding scrapping and all the prep in between
We did the trim and window color, Stargazer by Sherwin Williams, Woodscapes
The body color was a custom match that Sherwin got perfectly spot on, Woodscapes
We did all the new decks with a high quality clear, Super Deck Clear
All the railings we painted with Emerald, Tricorn Black
Under the decks was Turquish Coffee same with most of the gutters.
The painted decks we custom matched as well, used Solid Super Deck
Painted the old garage doors, custom color match to match the newer ones
Painted the front doors and the back garage doors with Emerald Rain Refresh
Have to give all the guys a shout out in this one without them it wouldn’t be able to get done, thank you guys for all the hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed, Joey Zappa,Brett Ferguson, Tim Brakenrich
