Sale Today.....Unusual Long Display shelf. This is such a nice late 19th. Century Spanish Brown painted surface, constructed with square nails. This piece, I believe, at one time may have been some type of game. I say this because of the painted dots that you can see on the flat part of the shelf. Also there is a hole (see photo) on one side. This piece can be used as a display shelf that would look wonderful sitting on a counter or table. The paint is nice Andy and the sides of the shelf are boot jack shaped. You can see from the photos what a great display piece is. It measures 45 1/2 inches long by 8 1/4 inches deep. One side measures 13 inches tall and the other side measures 11 3/4 inches. More photos available.

A very nice late 19th/early 20th.c divided table box. The box has a very nice painted surface. The form is nice and squat, it measures 13 1/2 x 9 x 3 inches. Constructed with square nails and the box has a nice dry Brown original painted surface. $425.00 + shipping

19th. Century Painted Hogscraper Make-Do. This is a wonderful make-do hogscraper with the best original Green painted surface. The hogscraper itself is beautifully set into a wooden base. It is so beautifully done it looks seamless. The hogscraper measures 5 inches tall and 4 1/2 inch diameter base. Truly a wonderful Make-Do.

Charming little mirror from the early part of the 19th. century. This fragment mirror (which is an actual piece of broken mirror) is housed in a Brown painted frame. The frame truly is simple and country. The fragment mirror is set into the backboard and finished off with a frame that is attached with small square nails. The wooden frame has a beautiful patina from years of handling. The frame is American and circa early 19th. century. The overall size of the frame is 7 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 7/8 inches. The mirror size is 5 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches.
