FUN RUN: Students from A.W. Watson Elementary in Port Gibson participated in the Get Ready to Run One-Mile Fun Run, on Feb. 22 in Ridgeland. The run, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield, is the largest children’s run in the state. It was the culminating event for the Get Ready to Run educational program, which promotes a healthy lifestyle among students.
