Here's the pilot batch, brewed right in the cube! It doesn't get any more micro than that folks 🙂 I am officially in production and my coffee will be coming soon to a donut shop or restaurant near me. Yes, I know the phrase, if you live near me then it'll be near you too. I am also offering carry out from my knife shop, and 1/2 gal brew bags are available.
