We’re a small, local cabinet and finishing shop, and we’re looking for an experienced finisher to join our team! If you’ve got a good eye for detail and experience with custom finishes, we’d love to talk!

What you’ll be doing:

-Custom finishing (painting, staining, sanding, etc.) for cabinets and woodwork
-Keeping the shop organized and helping with general shop duties

What we’re looking for:
-Previous experience in custom finishing (wood, paint, stain, etc.)
-Strong attention to detail and quality work
-A team player who’s dependable and loves working with their hands
-Someone who takes pride in their craft!

We're Hiring! Job opening for a Finisher/Cabinet Shop Helper

We are looking for a full-time Finisher with experience spraying lacquer paint and staining by hand. Responsibilities include correcting imperfections and prepping surfaces for the required finish, stain, or paint. Experience with power/hand tools related to cabinet finishing and building. Pay will be based on experience.

We are a small, locally-owned custom finishing and cabinet shop in search of a helper to assist with the custom finishing and the day-to-day shop operations. The right Team Player is willing to learn all facets of the shop operations and grow in knowledge without taking constructive criticism personally.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
• Experience with spraying lacquer paint and staining by hand
• Performing tasks required to prep surfaces for finishing, staining, paint, and finishing of cabinets and other wood pieces
• Ability to correct imperfections and complete repairs as necessary
• Experience with necessary power/hand tools related to cabinet finishing and building
• Color matching skills to match stains and custom colors
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal guidance
• Maintain a neat and clean shop
Candidates must have reliable transportation to work, excellent work ethics, finishing equipment and tool experience, and the ability to lift-up to 50 pounds. Pay will be based on experience and skill.
