Hey everyone!
We're celebrating Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day) at Echo Neko! 🎎🌸
Hinamatsuri, celebrated on March 3rd, is a traditional Japanese festival to wish for the health and happiness of girls. You might see beautiful displays of ornamental dolls representing the Emperor, Empress, and their court.
Why pink and peaches (Momo):
Hinamatsuri is also known as "Momo no Sekku" or the Peach Festival. Peach blossoms, which traditionally bloom around this time, are believed to ward off evil spirits.
Pink: The color pink, often associated with peach blossoms, symbolizes protection from misfortune, good health, and the arrival of spring.
To join in the celebration, we have a special offer!
From March 3rd to the 8th, any party that wears pink OR brings us a peach gets 20% off their karaoke room! 🎤🌸🍑
It's a fun (and maybe a little silly!) way to participate in the tradition. We'd love to see your pink outfits and, yes, even your peaches!
Come sing your hearts out and celebrate with us!
