Bella's salon (Inked Elegantly formally known as Makeup Forever by Bella) is the first salon in Baltimore City to be licensed to perform permanent cosmetics not stemming from a tattoo parlor.

Bella DiMemmo is the founder of Inked Elegantly &
Inked Elegantly Training and along with her partner Tim DiMemmo, they both share a passion for permanent cosmetics. Their combined industry experience will help you learn all the fundamentals needed.

She is still healing so this will@soften and lighten some. 2nd day in from her yearly touch up. She has been such a loyal client and I’ve been doing her brows for a few years now 💕This is what I absolutely live for! Making people feel beautiful is so rewarding!

January class has two spots open! Classes are small to keep everyone safe from Covid! We take sanitation & biohazard very serious and we are licensed with the Baltimore City Health Department.

Learn the fundamentals of PMU. In this class you will learn the basics to start you off in this wonderful cosmetic tattooing industry. It’s very important that you learn the basics before you jump in so we make sure that you are completely ready to start.
