Segmentum Obscurus, Planetary defence force, alongside Brothers of the Space Wolves Chapter of the XXI Company. After months of withstanding virus bombs from the Death Guard vectorium known as The Virtriolic Choir, they both attempted a last dash for a cache of ammunition and resources. Accompanied by the stationed Cadia guard within the area, they successfully defended the planet from the grasp of the Choir's warlord, Nidus the Fuming. Unfortunately, this victory was not without cost. The Wolf Lord that led the charge towards the forces Daemon Prince, and cleaved the beast back into oblivion. As the final blow was struck, the monster's noxious fumes corroded the Huskarl's armor, and lungs. For now, the warrior shall slumber and heal, for there are many more victories to come against the Vitriolic Choir.

Life within the Bloodwind Spoil is hard, and keeping your kill is harder. A warband of the Corvus Cabal were claiming their spoils of a recent raid, when the untamed beast warband known as the Pearlescent Hunters descended upon them. The carcus of the great fallen bird contained within it spiritual energy to be consumed, or sacrificed to their Dark Powers. This energy was contained within a small crystallized gem. When the fight broke out, the forces quickly moved about the ruins, tossing harpoons and darts towards one another. The Shadow Piercer was the first the fall, by Shroya, the Heart Eater. In a blind state of rage, he failed to notice the Shrike Talon descending upon him. As he retreated, he was met by the majority of the warband's Cabalists, eventually being brought down by spear and pick. Their victory was short lived, for the Rocktusk Prowler, affectionately nicknamed "Duffy" by their Beastmaster, claimed the soul gem, and thus claiming the victory to the Pearlescent Hunters.

Forces Faced: XIV Legion, Death Guard

The jungle world of the 111th Air Calvary Borinquen Regiment, was rumoured to contain a chaos cult devoted to the Chaos God Nurgle, Grandfather and Plague Master. Located deep within the planet's jungles, such a rumor held truth. A promethium forge housed a small set of cultists who wished to rid themselves of the illness that the wastes of promethium reacts to one's body.
Having made the proper sacrifice, a chosen disciple who had contracted Nurgle's Rot, a small warp rift occurred, the forces of the Death Guard marched onto the planet. In search of a secret cache of virus bombs hidden away in this location, the Daemon Prince Kzurzhov led a force of his Vectorium, The Vitriolic Choir, to extract the supplies. The crackling of plasma cannons and screeching of Heavy Flamers scorch and liquify flesh and power armor, and the Emporer's Vanguard Headhunters were dispatched to banish the Daemon Prince back into the Immaterium. As the victory began to be more apparent, one champion stood out from the rest. The Blightlord Terminator Malignus Thrax withstood volley after volley of Plasma and Bolter fire. He endured onward to earn his Grandfather's Favor, in a desperate attempt to reach the cache, but even giants fall. The forces of Cadia would not stand idly by as foul heretics desecrated this beautiful land with their filthy footsteps. And so another day Borinquen stands, and the Emporer protects.
