Our heart goes out to the many MANY vendors left scrambling after the dissolution of the North Mississippi Renaissance Festival, as well as the hundreds of guests who were excited to get all dressed up and have fun this weekend. Local events and hardworking makers and bakers provide so much of the vibrant character that makes our small towns beautiful. Bookends - Community, Crafts, Chaos will be having a MINI-Ren Faire with some Ren Faire vendors in store with pop-ups (spaces still available, go to their FB page to apply) and costumes encouraged!

And there’s so much fun to be had in Pontotoc this weekend, in or out of costume (we’ll be rocking our ren faire dresses all day, personally👑). Check out the Pontotoc Farmers Market in the morning, pop over to the Mini-Ren at Bookends, enjoy some watermelon themed fun at Wise Family Farms, and then head over to the Pontotoc, Mississippi County Fair for the rodeo and carnival!

We can’t wait to see you all from 2-8 tonight at the Gateway Pavilion in Downtown Pontotoc. Vendors, you’re welcome to begin set up now if you’d like an early start, we have organizers at the pavilion to help you find a spot and get started!

It’s a BIG day in a tiny town! Get here early and check out the Pontotoc Farmers Market. Grab lunch at one of our Main Street eateries and do a little shopping for a new outfit or a cool antique for your living room and of course grab a new read at Bookends - Community, Crafts, Chaos. Don’t be late to catch the matinee performance by the Pontotoc Community Theater at 2pm. Then roll on down the hill to Pontotoc Nights for live music, local made goods, and a delicious dinner from Saxon's Drive In On The Go, Grub662 , or BWings!
