New Year's Eats: The Rise of 2014 Prepare for the zombie takeover at The Lafayette Grande in Pontiac, MI! December 31st, 2013. 9pm. http://www.quevco.com/nye2013.html This is no ordinary virus.

Local municipalities are reporting the widespread outbreak of a previously undocumented virus. This matter needs to be approached with extreme caution by the general population. Early reports indicate this virus infects quickly transforming its hosts into seemingly mindless versions of their former selves. Rapid physical decay has also been reported. Currently unsubstantiated claims also have the

infected attacking and feasting on other living beings. There is no known cure for this virus. The government is requesting that you acquire sufficient rations for you and your household to remain homebound for an extended period. Given the many unknowns related to this outbreak, boarding of doors and windows is advised for your safety. High concentrations of this classified virus have been reported in Pontiac, Michigan. The Lafayette Grande, a banquet facility in downtown Pontiac, was transformed into a makeshift ward for containing many of the infected. Mayhem reportedly erupted however and the facility has now been designated a hot zone. Please avoid this area
at all costs. Tickets:
Early Ticket Purchases (before midnight on December 1): $75.00 per person
Standard Ticket Purchases: $85.00 per person
No tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Admission includes:
- Six drink tickets for our fully stocked bar
- A sumptuous, huge hors d'oeuvre buffet upon arrival
- Champagne toast at midnight
- Breakfast buffet from midnight until 2 am
- Non-stop music and effects from one of the area's leading DJ talents
- A massive dance floor
- A kickoff to the New Year unlike anything you have ever experienced before
- Entry in our Killer Zombie competition with $500 being awarded for best makeup and overall costume
- Optional onsite makeup application from 8 pm until 10 pm, offered on a very limited, first come basis
- Lots of additional pulse-pounding surprises!

It is our sincerest regret to inform you that due to light attendance this event has been cancelled. Sometimes despite doing everything right from heavy advertising to a fantastic social media campaign, things just don't come together. We wish everyone a happy and joyous New Year.
