Our Vision for Ponca City’s Grand Arts District is a multi-use district that offers fun and meaningful community experiences that create tomorrow’s memories today. These experiences are rooted in Ponca City’s artistic and cultural heritage and add to it for the benefit of future generations. Our goals are to champion the development of necessary infrastructure to achieve our GAD Vision; to partner with others to renovate buildings and promote an energetic, innovative, and optimistic mindset related to the GAD; and to communicate our Vision and its ongoing development in ways that attract people to and inspire engagement with our Vision.
