After nine months of professional construction, design, and acoustic treatment, all of our rehearsal rooms at 779 were built with the highest STC ratings, comparable to pro recording studios.

Meaning you’re jamming with your band, and not the band next to you.

Each room is equipped with top-of-the-line, stage-proven gear, percussion, and professional monitoring systems.

Before opening, our rooms were tested by some of South Florida’s best musicians and bands — most notably School of Rock Broward, whose 20+ musicians put our facility through an intensive two-day rehearsal prior to their summer tour, further confirming minimal sound transmission between rooms.

We had the extreme pleasure of working with Ace Anderson as he stepped into character for an upcoming episode of The Hunting Party—an action-driven crime thriller on NBC.

From his sharp timing as a stand-up and vegan comedian, to his dynamic presence across film, music, and television, Ace brings a rare versatility to the screen. Known for great roles in crime thrillers and comedy series, whether he’s delivering intensity or levity, there’s always intention behind the performance which showed in every take.

In this episode, the stakes escalate as the team races to track down Nancy Albright, a drug addict chasing a dangerous new high, while deeper fractures begin to surface within the command center itself. ADR is where those final details hit with full impact.

From Felicity and Animal Kingdom to Grey’s Anatomy, his performances have always been grounded in detail. That same focus came through during his ADR session at DogManic for R.J. Decker.

Ex-con photographer RJ Decker becomes a PI in South Florida, solving strange cases with help from his journalist ex, her cop wife, and an enigmatic woman from his past who may help or destroy him.

And it's always great working alongside the post-production team at 20th Television.

We had the pleasure of hosting Gabriel “G-Rod” Rodriguez in the studio for an ADR session on the upcoming crime thriller M.I.A. — from Ozark co-creator Bill Dubuque.

After her family's drug-running business in the Florida Keys is destroyed, M.I.A. follows Etta Tiger Jonze as she seeks vengeance and aims to become a powerful crime queenpin in Miami.

G-Rod brought that intensity into the booth, locking in his performance as “Xavier” with precision, presence, and undeniable screen command. Even in a single episode, it’s the kind of performance that leaves a mark.

All-around great energy in the studio. Great working with you G-Rod!

With a voice like an angel, Emily has taken center field as a National Anthem vocalist for Pro Sports and the Florida National Guard’s Army Band — and now she’s brought that same power into our Studio.
