Hi,
I wanted to let you know about all of the wonderful events I have upcoming in November and December 2025! Many of these are in person events but a few are online too so read carefully! 🎄🎄 Please feel free to pass this email along to anyone you think might be interested.
I will be back playing solo hammered dulcimer at the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.
Brenda Hunter and I will be playing one date as our Flutterby Duo (note below)
PLEASE if you plan to come be sure to text or email me at least 30 mins before my start time as they do sometimes move my date, time or location. I can give you landmarks of where to find me and where to park. The mall is really big so it can be hard to find me and the staff at the mall have no idea where any of the musicians are located!

Dec. 19 - Carousel Court, Level 2 - 11am to 2pm - **DUO DATE w/BRENDA
Dec. 23 - Carousel Court, Level 2 - 11am to 2pm
Dec. 24 - Jewel Court - 3pm to 5pm (yes, only 2-hours)
My Irish band, Looney's Fortune gets to kick off the Advent season with the annual "Hanging of the Greens" service at Presbyterian Church of the Covenant

We will play some music prior to the 10:00a.m service and throughout the service as the congregation "Decks" the church with boughs of holly, poinsettias and wreaths with Christmas carols accompanied by us with our Celtic flare! All are welcome - free!
Also, I am really excited to be invited to perform a piece called "The Light of Hope Returning" and work for choir, chamber group, piano and hammered dulcimer! It's in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego Sunday December 14, 2025. There are 2 shows, one at 4:00 and one at 7:00pm. I don't have ticket information yet.

Brenda and I have been invited to be a part of the Quarantune Christmas Concerts. There are two Zoom concerts December 14 & 15, 2025 performed live by hammered and fretted dulcimer players from all over the world! Brenda and I will be performing during the concert on Monday December 15, 2025. Tickets will be available at:

Back by popular demand Brenda Hunter and I will be doing our annual Christmas Concert and Caroloke (Christmas carol sing-along) online and in person at my home in Pomona. This Co-sponsored event by SCDH (Southern California Dulcimer Heritage) and the Kingsley Sessions is Saturday December 20, 2025 from 12:30-2:30.
