Don't fret - we're bringing in a few other games to fill the void. While we loved the Super Bike, with our small space we felt that we could pack in more fun in the same footprint, and games that anyone can play.

We just picked up Squeaky’s LLC for dinner - they're parked in front of Cypress Roots Brewing Company! They'll be out there for a while and EVERY FRIDAY! Come check 'em out and drop some quarters.

There's something special about the lights and sounds and vibes of an arcade full of happy gamers having fun in unison.

Theres a name for this phenomenon, too: collective effervescence.

It's the positive emotional charge a group of people feel when sharing an enjoyable experience together, like the entire stadium doing the wave together.

Collective effervescence boosts our mood, anchors in the awesomeness of the present moment, and strengthens our sense of belonging and community.

There's nothing wrong with solo/home gaming, but there's something special about arcade gaming that just can't be emulated from your living room couch or desk chair.

Thanks for gaming with us and helping keep the communal spirit of arcade gaming alive.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Quarters for Otters fundraiser benefiting the Delmarva Discovery Museum!

Thanks to your generosity, we collected $29.75 in quarters and $37.45 in total donations. As promised, we planned to match the quarters - but we decided to go a little further. Instead of matching just the quarters, we matched the entire amount and rounded things up, making a total donation of $80 to the Delmarva Discovery Museum.

We appreciate everyone who dropped a quarter in the jar, made a donation, or helped spread the word. Every contribution helps support one of our community's most valuable educational and cultural resources.

Don't forget that the Delmarva Discovery Museum's Grand Re-Opening is this Saturday, May 30, at 10:00 a.m., with free admission for visitors. Be sure to stop by and continue supporting the museum as they work toward a sustainable future serving our community for years to come.

Hey friends - when you visit the arcade, you know that I love to add technology to the experience, whether it's the programmable lights or the droid greeting you when you open the door. Creating an escape from the outside world has always been part of the vision.

In between pinball rounds I worked with the Delmarva Discovery Museum to add technology enhancements that bring light touches of immersion to their environment, and I hope to help bring more.

I'll be spending some time over there this Saturday before the arcade opens at our regular time of 1:30pm - I hope you'll drop in and check it out!

🚨 HIGH SCORE SHAKEUPS AT LAUNCHPAD 🚨

We’re heading into the final stretch of the Launchpad Spring 2026 season, and with the season ending on May 31st, the competition is heating up before all scores reset for the Summer Season!

On the overall arcade leaderboard, Rudy Webster made a big climb this weekend by branching out beyond pinball and putting up scores across the arcade. But despite the push, Rayth is STILL holding onto the #1 overall spot with 894 points. King. 👑

Meanwhile over on the Stern leaderboard, things stayed mostly steady… until a visitor rolled into town after finding us on Pinball Map. King_Dead spent some time over on Jurassic Park and Jaws and managed to knock a few of our regulars down the rankings with some serious scores. 🫣

Also worth mentioning: 🛸 Amelia dropped a new Galaga high score with 235,540 🎯 The battle for the top 10 overall is getting tighter every week 🔥 There’s still time to make your move before the reset.

If you’ve been thinking about chasing a leaderboard spot, now’s the time. Once June hits, everybody starts back at zero for the Summer Season.
