Mother Nature may have changed our plans — BUT SHE IS NOT TAKING THIS DAY AWAY FROM US! 💪🇺🇸🎉

🌧️ PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US — WE’RE WATCHING THE WEATHER MINUTE BY MINUTE! 🌧️

We know everyone is waiting to hear what today will look like, and we promise — we are watching the weather closely and trying to make the best possible decisions as we go.

So much time, work, planning, heart, and energy has gone into Pleasant Valley Weekend. After everything it took to get here, we truly want to cherish every moment of this weekend that Mother Nature will allow us to have. ❤️

We are not ready to give up on the entire day just yet.

If there are windows in the weather that allow us to safely get some of today’s activities in, we are going to do everything we reasonably can to make that happen. That may mean adjusting times, moving things around, delaying activities, or making decisions at the very last minute.

Unfortunately, the weather is calling the shots today — and that means our schedule may be changing minute by minute.

🙏 Please be patient with us. Please keep checking this page for updates throughout the day. Things may change quickly, and we will share information as soon as decisions are made.

We know last-minute changes aren’t ideal, but neither is losing an entire day that so many people have worked incredibly hard to make happen. If Mother Nature gives us an opportunity to squeeze in some fun, we’re going to try! ☔️➡️☀️

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, understanding, and support. ❤️🤍💙

Hang tight, Pleasant Valley. We’re not throwing in the towel yet! 💪

🌦️ STAY TUNED — UPDATES WILL BE POSTED HERE AS SOON AS WE HAVE THEM.

PLEASE BE PATIENT — WE ARE FULL! 🚨

Pleasant Valley Weekend is in FULL SWING, and we have an incredible turnout! 🇺🇸🎉

Cady Field and the park are FULL, the Town Hall parking lot is FULL, and traffic is very heavy right now. Parking is becoming extremely limited.

Our team is doing our very best to direct everyone to available spots as quickly and safely as possible. Please be patient with our volunteers and staff who are working hard to get everyone situated. ❤️

🚗 Please look for alternate legal parking if the main lots are full.
🚫 DO NOT block roadways, driveways, entrances/exits, or rights-of-way to neighboring buildings and businesses.
🏡 Please be respectful of our neighbors, local businesses, and their properties.
👮 Follow all traffic and parking directions so we can keep everyone safe.

We are THRILLED to see so many people coming out to enjoy Pleasant Valley Weekend — we just ask everyone to bring a little extra patience with them! ❤️🤍💙

Thank you for working with us, being respectful, and helping us keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone!
