🚨 APPLICATION/AUDITION DEADLINE THIS FRIDAY 🚨
To be considered, students must submit an audition with 32 bars of a musical theatre song as part of the application. This is an audition-based opportunity with only 14 spots available.
🎠On May 8th, join Broadway star Barrett Wilbert W**d (Veronica in Heathers, Janice in Mean Girls) for an unforgettable workshop experience! Open to students in grades 6–12, this 3-hour workshop runs from 4:30–7:30 PM at Fleur Cinema in Des Moines and includes 1:1 coaching with Barrett, group learning and feedback, and an opportunity to perform solo and group work during a Cabaret from 8-9 PM. Optional rehearsals will take place at CAP Theatre in Altoona to help you prepare and get the most out of the experience.
The cost for this Tier 1 opportunity is $200, and limited financial assistance is available through the Melissa Grooters Memorial Scholarship Fund (requests do NOT impact acceptance).
