Hey everyone! It’s been a while! We wanted to update folks and say that Cricket Studios has a new home. We started out sharing a basement with a bunch of Cricket friends and now we’re part of a larger art collective in Plattsburgh. Has been a lot of work but a lot of fun!
If any artists are in need of recording services or practice space please reach out! The collective is looking for one to two more consistent bands to fill in some time. If you need here and there practices or want to rent the room please reach out and we’ll put you on another list.
We also have backline available in the form of PA and mics, bass amp, tube guitar amp, midi keyboard, and two kits, one for heavier players (only shells right now, working on acquiring hardware), and a recording kit that can be used by softer players.
As for recording, just let us know what your project needs and we’ll discuss how we can help! We have 24-32 channels available and 6 headphone lines able to record at once. If you have any other specific gear questions reach out anytime! ✨
