Very few things leave me speechless…

This client got “back surface piercings” pierced on vacation and reached out just wanting me to take a peek at how things were healing.

I told her immediately these have to come out. ASAP. So much so that I came in on my day off, because I was not making her wait one more day with these in.

Not done by me. But that doesn’t matter to me when someone’s hurting.

If you’re ever unsure on something doesn’t look right? Please don’t hesitate to reach out. You don’t have to be “my client” for me to help you.

She flinched before I even put a dot on her ear.

Because the last person who pierced her ears just pierced her. No warning. No countdown. No "ready?" Just piercing gun to the ear, pull the trigger, done. She didn't even know what was happening until it already happened.

So when she sat down with me, she was bracing for the same thing. Waiting for me to come at her the same way.

That's not how we do it here. I will never, ever surprise you with a piercing. If something bad happened to you before, tell me so I know how to walk you through this one differently.

We took our time. Talked it through. Sat in some quiet before we did anything. And when we finally got her ears pierced she was so happy with the outcome🩷
