Well… this week took a turn. 😅
Our car finally gave up the ghost, which brought just about everything to a screeching halt.
But yesterday, we brought home our “new” ride — a 2005 Ford Explorer. She’s got a few quirks, but she runs, she drives, and most importantly… OMTAE is back on the road! 🚙🐝🌶️
It’s been a rough few days, but we’re moving forward again.

When it rains it pours!!!!! The axel went out on Omtaes last remaining car on Wednesday!!! We have spent the last 3 days trying to find a replacement but have not found one for the weekend. If you know of someone getting rid of a car super cheap let us know in the dms or if you can donate our venmo is -Burk1984. We are so grateful for all of customers and fans!!!!

Yesterday was one of those days we won't forget. ❤️🍯

To everyone who stopped by our table, tasted something new, came back for an old favorite, placed a pre-order, shared a laugh with us, or simply told us you were glad to see us...

You showed up for our little family business in a very big way.

By the end of the day, the table was empty—and after the kind of summer we've had, seeing those bare shelves was a pretty beautiful sight.

Every bottle that went home with someone yesterday means another bottle we can make, another market we can attend, and another step toward filling that Honey House.

Yesterday wasn't just a good sales day.

It was a reminder that OMTAE is still here, people still love what we make, and we're moving forward.

So the Honey House is holding steady at 8 bottles filled... 142 still to go.
But tomorrow? Tomorrow we get back out there.
We’ll be at the Legends Event Center Sip & Shop Indoor Market, and this has historically been a good show for us — so Rose is studying the flyer, Bob is questioning the universe, and we’re heading into tomorrow with high hopes. 😁
Some days move the shelf.
Some days you simply hold your ground and get ready for the next opportunity.
