The Plano Symphony Orchestra voted unanimously to appoint Lee Benson to the Board of Directors recently.

Lee Limor Benson brings decades of executive leadership in HR and PEO professional services to the Plano Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors. As President/Owner of a HR-On-Call Outsourcing Program since 2008, and previously GARALI Business Solutions, Lee has built a career on human resources, risk management expertise, client advisory, and organizational strategy—skills she could apply in service of the Symphony’s growth and long-term success. Her prior leadership roles, including Regional and Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for a nationally ranked PEO and service on that company’s Operating Committee, reflect a career-long pattern of taking on greater responsibility and delivering results.

She has held many board positions with Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano, including President in 2023, and continues to serve as an Activity Leader. She is also a Docent Educator at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, a role that reflects her passion for education and civic engagement.

A resident of Plano for 45 years, Lee and her husband Doug have been subscribers of the Plano Symphony Orchestra for many years and now look forward to supporting its mission from the boardroom.

This summer, the Board also unanimously appointed Heather Heffner and welcomed back to the Board former directors Mirna Lynch, Brenda Mills, and Darlene Morford.
